As the day goes by, you only have to move your chair a few times to watch this natural spectacle.

This two bedroom villa provides everything you need to enjoy a comfortable vacation. One bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd has a four poster queen size bed. Both bedroom have air conditioning and ceiling fans. They both have ensuite shower room containing two separate vanity units for your convenience. From the bedrooms you can see the Atlantic Ocean and eastern hillside, with the master bedroom giving access to a balcony that better enables you to capture this breathtaking view. Special attention has been given to the décor and furnishings of this newly built villa to provide you with a cozy and unique environment.

The sitting room flows into the cheerful kitchen; this central area of the home is surrounded by large, glass doors and wooden louver windows, to allow in as much light and breeze as possible.

The patio is where you might choose to dine on evenings and enjoy the Caribbean Sea.

The villa also features a DVD/CD player.

You will love the complete intimacy and peace of mind in this tropical haven yet all services of Rodney Bay are nearby including banks, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. A 18 hole championship golf course at Cap Estate is a 10 minute drive away.

Housekeeping Monday to Saturday, and gardening service.

Access road is rough and rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
